While surrounded by candle light you will listen to healing vibrations generated through a dedicated sound bath.  Let the waves gently rock you while you are meditating on what  you wish to release.

Set your intention for something you want to manifest on this month while floating above the water and ground afterwards through a small tea ceremony.

Do you need an anchor for SUP yoga?

If you're thinking about trying sup yoga, you might be wondering if you need an anchor. The answer is: it depends! Some people find that having an anchor helps them feel more stable and secure on their board, while others find it gets in the way. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether or not you want to use one. If you're practicing in calm water and don't feel like you need the extra stability, then there's no need to use an anchor. However, if you're in rougher conditions or are just starting out, an anchor can be a helpful tool. Just make sure to position it so that it doesn't get in the way of your paddle strokes!
