As you float, the experience of receiving a floating sound bath-encompassing the harmonious tones of crystal sound bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, wind gongs, ocean drums, buffalo drums, chimes, and more-enhances this meditative journey.

#EMPOWERMENT is such a strong word. As we just had the solar eclipse happening yesterday, I want to tap in right here. It’s a new start; you have an added burst of energy to initiate. For the solar eclipse being in Aries the message is to identify where in your life you may feel held back. Where in your life you may be feeling blocked, stagnant. You might have been feeling out of alignment yesterday. Fears might have been brought up. Believe me, I was right in it with you! Make sure you are gentle with yourself, do not make any impulse moves and certainly you don’t want to act from fear.

I have been an Architect for decades and I gave myself permission to follow my dharma. Helping others feel better in their body, empowering people to trust their gut, to finding acceptance where their are at and even if that means to accept their #NEW YOU” as their battle severe sickness or physical challenges. Helping others to simply #breath and #be, or to tap into the abundance around them makes all my past struggles worth it. I am glad I do not fit in a box. Practicing and teaching on the #yogaboard allows me and my students to feel empowered and even if it is the face that they give themselves permission to leave the knee down.

Making conscious choices for yourself in your practice feels empowering. Nobody knows how it feels to be you. Nobody knows better than YOU what your body, soul and spirit needs. Being on the yogaboard, you have to tap into yourself and that is what I love about it.
